Are you starting a new business or need to revamp the marketing for an existing one? Then you need a website. Ortner Graphics situated in Beacon, New York offers an introductory web design and development package for small businesses in the Hudson Valley.
For just $1,000 plus web hosting fees, which usually only are around $100 for most sites, you get a custom five page website created in the WordPress CMS platform. Your website is created in four simple phases and you are given proofs of the work throughout the implementation process to ensure that you are satisfied with the end result.
Phase 1 — Initial Consultation Eric Ortner of Ortner Graphics will meet with you discuss the needs of your web project at no cost to you. There is no obligation to continue working with Ortner Graphics beyond this consultation. Following the consultation, Eric Ortner researches the best strategies for achieving your online marketing goals and gives you a written proposal for the project.
Phase 2 — Initial Consultation
You are responsible for providing Ortner Graphics with the text and basic content for the website. In this phase Ortner Graphics produces three web design options for the home page utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The designs concepts are based on the content that you provided. Proofs in this phase are presented in PDF format. You are then given the opportunity to select your favorite design and make any changes to it. Ortner Graphics then makes any necessary revisions to the chosen design and creates the design framework for one content page. You are then given a final proof of the home page and review the other content page framework. At this point you give final approval to move to the production phase.
Phase 3 — Production
Phase 4 — Testing and Final Implementation
Upon completion of your website's development, links will be sent for your testing and approval. Upon your approval the website's supporting files and database will be migrated to your server. The website maybe down up to 48 hours while this migration takes place.
